Being In Flow

After returning from our amazing Foundation Live Event in Sydney last weekend, I was buzzing. By buzzing I mean, full of energy, alive , positive,I felt like I could conqueror the world. I was in flow. Having attended many Personal Development events in my life, I know that amazing post event buzz, however there was a difference this time, I consciously chose to pay attention to how I was feeling and how long it lasted and how I could recreate that in my every day life, how I could stay in flow. This is what I have come up with: spend time with people who are positive and upbeat, speak positively,Listen openly, meditate and visualise on where I am  headed and what I want in my life and to spend as much time as I can in a state of gratitude. There are many more ways of being that I could mention, these are the ones I have worded with this week and the results have been amazing. One of those results are the awesome people I am coming into contact with through social media, I have had many special conversations this week and been inspired by them all, one that really touched me was a lovely man sharing with me his beliefs on his faith and he even encouraged me to add regular fasting to my activities, which I am going to take him up on. I gauge how much I am in flow by how I am feeling, and I am feeling excited, grateful and very blessed to be doing what I love with people I respect.
How do you know when you are in flow?

“The secret of attraction is to love yourself. Attractive people judge neither themselves nor others. They are open to gestures of love. They think about love, and express their love in every action. They know that love is not a mere sentiment, but the ultimate truth at the heart of the universe.”Deepak Chopra.
