Focusing on Gratitude

This week I decided to refine my gratitude awareness to Feeling Great. After standing out in the snow with a head cold last weekend ,watching my youngest son compete, I was feeling a little under the weather and I got to thinking about my wellness and that  I mostly feel great. This thought lead me to pondered how I have taken that for granted. I started to think about the many people who suffer with pain and illness everyday and  I suddenly realised how very fortunate I am to have good health and that I feel great most of the time. I put this new awareness on to my conscious radar screen this week and the results have been amazing. I have started to look more closely at ways that I can enhance " feeling great "and have let go of a lot of baggage and limiting beliefs, I appreciated my Yoga practice and exercise more deeply and paid more attention to the responsibility I have to be active in my wellness. I still have a few habits to change however I feel very grateful for my experience of last weekend and my new awareness of my well being.
