As we grow our relationships can change .

Today I am reminded of that beautiful Quote By Michelle Ventor " People come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime. She says " When you figure out which one it is,you will know what to do for each person". I find this quotation so comforting and helps me to makes sense of the passing of friendships. When it is becoming obvious that it is no longer serving us anymore,I can struggle with the letting go. My friendships tend to be few in number, deep and very close, so a part of me feels like I am being disloyal to the relationship to let it go and partly because there is comfort even in the discomfort. It takes courage to let a friendship go. Too often this process is done through conflict rather than simply acknowledging it is passed its use by date, giving thanx for the valuable lessons learned, the fun times, the struggles, the sharing and giving your blessing to the person and stepping into the void on not knowing and trusting. MY experience of stepping into this place allows life to send me something or someone better than I could have imagined. Today in honour of all my female relationships, to coincide with International Womans Day , I give thanx and send blessings to all my wonderful friends past and present and let go with love the ones that no longer serve the highest good of all. Namaste
