As I have been working away on my computer this past week I had the opportunity to observe what I am assuming is The Australian para Olympic ski team. As I watched one of the mums helping her paralysed daughter get ready to go out on the mountain, my heart expanded to feeling such respect for them, for what they have to go through every day. I became acutely aware of how fortunate I am as I began to think about the simplest of tasks that I take for granted every single day. I also felt a great deal of admiration for the men who are obviously devoting their time and skills to support these amazing human beings with what seems to be the utmost dignity and respect.
Observing this team of awesome , inspirational people has blown my gratitude wide open and I am so humbled and deeply touched by this experience.
I wonder if they have seen our amazing documentry "Unbeaten"?
